As we continue to innovate and expand, Decisions is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our next phase of growth. The executive leadership team will report directly to the CEO. The CEO will have the autonomy to shape the future leadership team by making critical decisions on C-suite and VP-level hires, ensuring the organization’s executive roster is composed of top-tier talent aligned with the company’s strategic vision.

Finding the right person is more important than finding someone quickly. That said, this is a critical role and we are eager to bring the right person ASAP. We embrace a distributed work model and are flexible with remote arrangements for this role, allowing for travel as needed. We also value in-person collaboration and seek someone who is excited about spending time at our office in Virginia Beach, particularly during their initial six months, to fully immerse themselves in our culture and operations.

We expect that the ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience leading a high-growth, fast-paced organization, ideally within enterprise SaaS. Comfortable navigating rapid scaling while maintaining operational discipline and strategic clarity.
  • Have a strong track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion in a private equity-backed company. Understands how to balance short-term wins with long-term value creation while making a compelling case for strategic investments.
  • Be a leader who leverages analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure performance, and drive sustained profitability. Has successfully implemented OKRs and other accountability frameworks that translate strategy into execution.
  • Have experience in building, retaining, and developing high-performing teams. Has coached top talent, exited underperformers when necessary, and fostered alignment across leadership to ensure departments operate as a unified, first-team organization.
  • Be skilled at identifying and addressing inefficiencies to improve margins, optimize resource allocation, and drive scalable growth. Has successfully developed and executed a repeatable playbook to enhance profitability and operational excellence.
